In 2020 the State Government allocated Templestowe Heights Primary School funding to provide facilities for an additional 125 students for the 2023 academic year. The master plan process identified key areas of needed upgrades to existing buildings, as well as new facilities to enable projected future enrollment, and celebrate the academic, social and cultural wealth of the School.

This Priority Project is to deliver the first stage of that master plan, with a new year 5-6 hub and STEAM centre, external landscaping, general purpose teaching spaces, renovated library, staff facilities, student amenities and maintenance works, as well as improved wheelchair access throughout the campus.
