Located on the banks of the Maribyrnong River in Footscray, the Moreland Street office block provides three levels of premium office space with views back to the city. The building includes a ground level carpark, multi-story office spaces, several secure access points, and an on-site café. AOA was engaged to extend the building, provide more NLA and design a welcoming, north facing lobby. AOA also conducted a workplace strategy review, reconfiguring the open plan office spaces to provide greater flexibility, neighborhood hubs and mini-breakout zones. Desk reconfiguration enabled better flow and strategically placed breakout spaces gave staff improved access to informal meetings and discussions zones.
