AOA has been engaged to design and coordinate the Brunswick Early Years Hub at 346 Albert Street, Brunswick. This contemporary facility will consolidate and expand early years services, providing high-quality learning and care environments for Merri-bek families. The project includes 8 rooms for nursery, childcare and kindergarten for children aged 0–5 years, a multipurpose playroom, , Maternal and Child Health consultation rooms, staff facilities, a full commercial kitchen, laundry, secure bike and pram storage, visitor facilities, and a 12-space car park. The design will prioritize integration with the community, accessibility, safety, adaptability, and compliance with early childhood education best practices and regulatory requirements.
