Located in Balnarring Beach, this holiday house was designed to nestle into its country surroundings. The program accommodates spaces for sleeping, entertaining, working, and relaxing, playfully threaded together through a collection of farmhouse inspired forms featuring gable roofs and stone cladding. This design approach allows natural light and greenery to filter through the interiors, embedding the home within the landscape and fostering a retreat-like atmosphere that supports wellness, a key focus for the client. High standards of thermal and operational performance were also prioritised, with the house achieving a 7-star NatHERS rating.
