Having resided on Level 4 of the Block Arcade for the last 3 years, we were starting to overflow our second home, and were in need of more space. Downstairs, Australian Unity was moving out of the Mezzanine level, which they had carved up into tiny dentist cubicles and occupied for the last 20 years. Through the early months of 2022, AOA began the process of restoring this magnificent ball room setting, stripping out the partitions and once again opening the space up, connecting Collins Street through to the Arcade. Our new open plan office is penetrated only by 4 striking Corinthian columns, provides views into the Collins Street tree canopies and back into the hustle of the Block Arcade, and even has our own end of trip facility. It is a bright open plan, collaborative space we are proud to call home.
