AOA Christopher Peck were approached by pvh to submit a concept proposal to the new owners of the Northbourne Square site. Significant design history shared between pvh and Christopher Peck on the site ensured a winning submission which lead to the further development of a new residential tower on the site. The key to the concept was a ‘Melbourne laneway’ approach to the ground level, activating external street edges as well as providing a new retail strip through the site, connecting into the adjacent Veterans Park.
