Principally an interior refurbishment, the main upgrades to the school included the enhancement of all common corridors and the modernization of the Prep learning areas.

Bright school colours have been scattered throughout the refurbishment and several walls removed from once isolated classrooms to create a large, highly versatile Prep learning wing. Existing ‘gun-barrel’ corridors (long, narrow and dark) have been opened into the teaching spaces beyond, providing a highly connected and open plan space.

Small nooks, withdrawal rooms and staff work rooms are also provided for, with maximum visual surveillance between them and the open plan learning areas.
